Finger This command lets you get information about someone on the net. It is a UNIX command, (but finger utilities exist for other OS's) and will tell you if someone else is logged on, if they have unread mail, etc. For example, if Nate isn't answering his phone, I could use finger to find out if he's on the Web, or if he's just talking to his girlfriend. << Search Term
